• Payments must be made in accordance with invoices issued.

• Late payments may result in suspension of work until the outstanding balance is cleared.

• Refunds are only granted under exceptional circumstances, such as non-delivery of work, and are subject to review.

5 – Client Responsibilities

• Clients agree to provide accurate, timely, and complete information required for service delivery.

• Any delay caused by the client (e.g., failure to provide content, approvals, or assets) may extend project timelines.

• Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to use any content, trademarks, or data they provide to us.

6 – Intellectual Property

• All materials created by SSC Agency during the project (designs, code, content, etc.) remain our property until full payment is received.

• Upon full payment, intellectual property rights may be transferred to the client, unless otherwise agreed.

• We may retain the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio or case studies.

7 – Confidentiality

• Both parties agree to keep all sensitive information shared during a project confidential.

• Confidential information shall not include information that is publicly available or obtained legally from third parties.

8 – Limitation of Liability

• We provide services on a best-effort basis and do not guarantee specific outcomes (e.g., increased sales, rankings, or traffic).

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, SSC Agency shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of profits, business, or reputation.
